                                      for Tanzania

The largest project is the Mgutwa secondary school complex which started in 2007.  This will provide for classrooms, dormitories, accommodation for teachers and visitors, a permanent kitchen facility, multi-purpose hall, vocational centre, treatment and diagnostic centre and toilet facilities.   This will benefit the whole community, not just the students.

Update February 2013

In January 2013 145 students started at the school.  Staffing levels are the following; 4 teachers, 7 others which include a matron, cooks and security (2).

In 2012 building work on the Science laboratory and library began, as this is a statutory requirement.

For infrastructure purposes, the supply  of electricity is paramount., this will be by the installation of solar panels.   Your help in providing for the needs of these projects is most appreciated.   Go to the Make a donation  page to help these projects.

As  well as these projects there are also projects to supply local hospitals, orphanages and hospitals with essential needs.

The projects are coordinated by the trustees of the True Vine Trust,  Agape Mission International (AMI) and governmental bodies in Arusha.   AMI  is  a non-denominational body which has a three-fold strategy for educational programs, community development programs and mission & evangelism.  The director of AMI  is the  Reverand Kedmond Mlemeta.

The milestones for all projects since 2000 to 2011 are shown here.
